Admission Insight

Science Fair & Research Mentorship

Stop Doing “Projects.” Start Producing Real Research.

Your work should do more than sit in a binder or on a hard drive. We mentor driven students through the complete scientific process, from the initial hypothesis to data analysis. We help you build work worthy of high-level competitions, conferences, and peer-reviewed journals.

What We Do

Research Topic Development

Finding a question actually worth investigating is the hardest part. We help you identify novel, unanswered problems at the exact intersection of your academic interests and real-world scientific gaps.

Competition Preparation

For students targeting Regeneron ISEF, STS, and top-tier regional science fairs, we don’t just review your board. We help you translate your science into a compelling, high-stakes presentation that commands judges’ attention.

Methodology & Study Design

A winning project requires a bulletproof architecture. We guide you through rigorous study design that holds up to the highest level of scrutiny.

Manuscript & Abstract Writing

If your goal is formal publication or presentation, we coach you through the strict academic writing process.

Data Analysis & Results

Raw data means nothing if you can’t interpret it. We teach you how to analyze your findings, translate complex data sets, and present your results with absolute precision and integrity.

Publication Pathway

We don’t hope for recognition. We aim for it. For students producing high-level work, we guide you through the complex, often frustrating submission and peer-review process.

Documented Student Track Record

Our Students Publish & Win.
Here Is the Proof.

From national competition podiums to peer-reviewed manuscripts, our students produce rigorous, hypothesis-driven science evaluated by top PhD and MD judges.

How We Coach Students to National Competition Distinction

1. Novel Hypothesis Design: Formulating questions that address genuine scientific voids rather than standard classroom demonstrations.
2. Rigorous Data Protocols: Implementing appropriate negative/positive controls, power analysis, and statistical significance testing (p-values, ANOVA).
3. Academic Manuscript Writing: Drafting abstracts and 20-page papers formatted to strict competition guidelines and academic journal standards.
4. Oral Defense Coaching: Intensive mock judge panels training students to answer probing questions from university faculty with absolute poise.
Mentorship Rates

Physician-Led Mentorship, Billed by the Hour

Research mentorship is booked in 10-hour dedicated blocks. Students working together on a group project receive a discounted per-student rate.

Individual
$400
per hour, 1-on-1
$4,000 per 10-hour block
Two Students
$250
per hour, per student
$2,500 each per 10-hour block
Three Students
$200
per hour, per student
$2,000 each per 10-hour block

Group students attend every live session together. Between sessions, each student is assigned distinct tasks and works directly with Dr. Brah over email.
