Admission Insight provides research mentorship and admissions advising. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a consultation, we collect the parent’s name, the student’s name, the student’s grade or year, what you are looking for, an email address, a phone number, and anything you choose to add in the notes field.
When you download a guide, we collect your name, email address and whether you are a student, parent or advisor.
When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, schedule consultations, advise your student, and send the guides you request. If you download a guide, we may send occasional updates. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run our website, email and scheduling, and only as needed to provide them. We do not publish student names, photos or results without the family’s permission.
Students
Information about students under 18 is provided by a parent or guardian, or with their involvement. We use it only to work with that family.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as we are working with your family and as needed for our records. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing contact@admissioninsight.org.
Website data
Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as the pages visited and the time of each visit, to run and secure the site. This site does not use advertising trackers.
